HARI LEHKONEN

Harri Lehkonen's first dog was a Rough Collie he got as a kid. Later, for 50 years, he has participated in the breeding of Wire and Smooth Fox Terriers in his wife's Wolfheart kennel, and earlier also English Springer Spaniels and Long Haired Dachshunds. He graduated as a conformation judge in 1982 and has judged in about 40 countries on all continents. Nowadays, he has the right to judge all breeds. He has worked for years on the show committee of the Lahti International Dog Show and has also been on various committees of the Finnish Kennel Club and served as chairman of the board of the Finnish Kennel Club. He has been awarded with a gold badge of merit by the Finnish Kennel Club and the Finnish Terrier Association.
